Who runs this service
Synthixx Tools is operated by Synthixx Technologies in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir. This policy explains what happens when you browse the site or submit a file to one of our tools.
Files you upload
We use your files only to perform the conversion or processing task you request. Uploads travel over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Temporary input files are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours, and generated downloads within 72 hours. A failed cleanup may take longer to retry, so you should not use the service as permanent storage or upload material you do not have the right to process.
Technical information
Our servers may record an IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, job status, and error details. We use these records to keep the service secure, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and measure reliability. We do not sell uploaded files or personal information.
Cookies and advertising
Essential cookies or local browser storage may remember interface preferences and support security. If advertising or analytics is enabled later, the provider may use cookies or similar technology as described in its own policy. Where consent is legally required, we will request it before activating non-essential tracking.
Infrastructure providers
We rely on service providers for website hosting, database, queue processing, and object storage. Those providers process data on our behalf to operate Synthixx Tools. We limit access to what is needed for delivery, security, and troubleshooting.
Your choices
You can use the public tools without creating an account. You may ask us about information associated with you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or report a privacy concern by email. Include enough detail for us to identify the relevant request, but never email us a sensitive source document unless we specifically ask for it.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information should contact us.
