Agreement
By using Synthixx Tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not upload files or use the processing tools. The service is operated by Synthixx Technologies.
Permitted use
You may use our public tools for lawful personal, educational, and commercial work. You remain responsible for your source files, the accuracy of information you submit, and the way you use the output.
Content you must not submit
Do not upload malware, stolen material, illegal content, files that violate copyright or privacy rights, or data you are not authorised to process. Do not probe the service, bypass file limits, automate abusive traffic, interfere with another user, or attempt to access files that are not yours.
Ownership
You keep any rights you hold in files you upload. You give us only the limited permission needed to receive, process, store temporarily, and return those files. The Synthixx Tools name, interface, code, and original site content belong to Synthixx Technologies or its licensors.
Availability and limits
File limits and supported formats are shown on each tool page. We may reject unsafe files, throttle excessive use, suspend a tool for maintenance, or block activity that threatens the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage.
No warranty
Tools are provided “as is”. Conversions can change formatting, image quality, metadata, or document structure. Keep your original files and review every result before relying on it.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synthixx Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, loss of data, or reliance on an output. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
